Lead generation and pipeline development campaign put together and implemented for TECD Ltd, a full-service IT solutions company

 

The board at TECD elected to work with me to kick start their lead generation process with the aim of building a sales pipeline and starting conversations with their ideal clients.

They enable businesses to solve their IT Infrastructure problems and bring security to their future in the fast-moving world of technology, ensuring their business is protected by the most advanced security and business intelligence hardware and software solutions.

The problem/goal
Having set up a successful business mainly operating in the african market, they wanted to develop a domestic market for their business.


They had achieved marginal success in the UK market already but wanted to build on this to grow the business going forward.


The experience they gained to date was instrumental in developing a targeting strategy and together we were able to agree on 3 verticals to focus on.


Given their limited online presence they wanted to work with someone that could hit the ground running.

 

The solution
I was found as a result of my previous online activity when they were looking for someone to help them achieve their lead generation goals.

The executive team had an idea of the lead generation approach they wanted to adopt - a mix of telemarketing and email follow ups. Leveraging my experience I was able to put together a programme to get them started.


They went ahead with my prospecting campaign with the aim of unearthing opportunities and creating a trial process which we achieved.

A reiteration of the key results achieved in the reasonably short time frame are as follows:

Conclusion
As a result of the activity understaken the client wil be looking at the data gathered and will make a decision regarding a way forward for these opportunities before reconnecting with me after the summer holidays.


Furthermore I was able to share insights from the recently published LinkedIn state of sales report in 2022 which will help them develop a robust revenue generation plan.
