Membership campaign development to improve retention rate for local Chamber of Commerce
I was contacted by the Head of Membership Services at Business West to help them develop a campaign they were working on to enable their members to get the most from their membership. The initiative related specifically to their export services as adoption levels were not as high as they intended.
After an initial discussion with Philip Bridgeman to understand more about the export offer and their project goals we developed a campaign to be rolled out by the membership team breaking the activity into its component parts to enable increased adoption rates.
This was quickly implemented resulting in the team achieving their campaign goals.
